Beekeepers install their hives on the plantations, and the rent collected goes directly to community programs.
An equipped mobile dental unit provides dental care and education to school children.
Diverse training plans and internships are offered in the plantation nursery, providing new skills and opportunities.
Hundreds of jobs are created in rural areas.
